Adventure Travel, Photography, Film and Television Production

Asia contains 60 percent of the world's population and some of its most active volcanoes. The Asian region has a varied geography from the jungles of Indonesia to the deserts of Saudi Arabia. Asian volcanoes have produced some of history's greatest eruptions. Krakatau in 1883, Tambora in 1815, and Pinatubo in 1991 were large enough to affect global climate.

Asian Volcanoes

There more than 1500 active volcanoes in the world. These have erupted in the last 10,000 years, and have a reasonable chance of erupting in the future.
